Nota Chord

Nota Chord plays a chord from every note you play: one finger, full harmony.

Nota Chord: type, shifts and the result keyboardNota Chord: type, shifts and the result keyboard

Type picks a shape — Maj7, Min7, Sus4, 5th — or Custom. The Shifts are six added voices: each has an on / off dot, an interval of −12 … +12 semitones (named — M3, P5, M7…) and a velocity offset you drag. Editing a shift turns the type to Custom. Keep root plays the note you pressed too.

The chord’s note names and a three-octave keyboard — your note, the added ones, an unplayed root outlined. It strums once per bar while the transport runs, and after each edit, so you hear the shape.

Control What it does
Strum Spreads the chord’s notes low to high, so many ms apart — a guitar strum
Spread Opens the voicing: at ⅓ every other voice goes up an octave, at ⅔ the rest too
Fold in scale An added note outside the scale (Fold Key, major or minor) drops a semitone into it
